4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to [24/48 hours] before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than [24/48 hours] before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of [X% of the total cost or a set amount].

6. Service Limitations

While we take the utmost care, we are not responsible for pre-existing damages, defects, or imperfections in your vehicle's paint, upholstery, or other surfaces.

We do not guarantee the removal of all stains or imperfections, especially if they are deeply embedded or have been in place for an extended period.
7. Liability

We are not responsible for any damage to the vehicle or personal property during the detailing service unless caused by our negligence.
